Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page or through the LemonSqueezy customer portal. After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time in a billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day refund window for new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have not exceeded 20 color matches during that period.

Refunds are not available for: subscription renewals (monthly or yearly); upgrades or downgrades between plans after the 7-day window; accounts that have been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@colorvault.art within 7 days of your initial purchase. Include your account email and the reason for your request. We will process approved refunds within 5-10 business days through LemonSqueezy.

4. Plan Changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

5. Free Plan

The free plan requires no payment and therefore is not subject to refunds.
