By accessing or using ColorVault ("Service"), operated at colorvault.art and app.colorvault.art, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ColorVault is a SaaS platform for Pantone PMS color matching, palette management, and print job planning for flexographic and offset printing workflows. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
ColorVault offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through our payment partner, LemonSqueezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service. Prices are tax-inclusive. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; interfere with or disrupt the Service; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by ColorVault. Pantone® is a registered trademark of Pantone LLC. ColorVault is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pantone LLC. Brand logos and colors displayed in the Service are the property of their respective owners and are provided for reference purposes only.
You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the Service (palettes, projects, print jobs). We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for providing the Service to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColorVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
